Registration 

Certified Caregiver Resilience Practitioner (CCoRP) – Registration & Payment Policy

Course Schedule

  • Course Length: 8 weeks, live training and practice with weekly released modules (recorded lessons+ handbook + workbook).

  • Cohorts: We run three cohorts per year: November,  February and May

  • Spaces: Limited places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No spots will be held without payment.

Fees

  • Total Course Fee: £1200

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: £250 (registration closes 2 weeks before cohort start. This fee secures your place)

  • First instalment 2 weeks prior to Day One of each cohort: £500 (if paying in two instalments)

  • Balance Due at end of week 2 of each cohort: £450 (if paying in two instalments)

  • Full payment must be received before the certificate is issued and directory listing.

Early Bird Discount: 5% off the total fee (£60) for registrations made 4-6 weeks prior to the course start date. (£250 non refundable deposit and two part instalments)

 

Group Booking Discount: 10% off the total fee (£120) for 3 or more participants from the same organization. (£250 non refundable deposit and two part instalments)

 

Organizational Partnership Discount: 15% off the total fee (£180) for organizations that partner with us to provide the course to their staff. (£250 non refundable deposit and two part instalments)

 

Student/Volunteer Discount: 10% off the total fee (£120) for adult students or volunteers with a valid ID. (£250 non refundable deposit and two part instalments)

 

Repeat Client Discount: 5% off the total fee (£60) for clients who have previously taken a course with us. (£250 non refundable deposit and two part instalments)

 

Most participants pay in full on registration or commit to the instalment plan.

 

Certain cohorts rates may vary, subscribe to receive our updates

 

All learners need the official program reading material, which costs £50 on Amazon, to be used alongside live training. You’ll receive the links to order the materials on start date.

Ongoing Supervision for Certified Practitioners

  • We offer annual professional supervision to support your practice, development, and adherence to the CCoRP Code of Ethics.

  • Rate: £30 per monthly session OR annual subscription of  £300 for 12 sessions (billed annually).

  • CCoRPs must attend all supervision sessions a year.

  • Supervision includes case discussions, skills updates, and peer support.

  • This is for all active practitioners to remain on the directory and continue to use the CCoRP nominals (for example Jane Smith CCoRP).

Refund Policy
Before the Course Starts
If you withdraw before your course start date, all payments except the non-refundable deposit will be refunded within 30 business days.


You may re-enrol in the future at the full course fee.

Within the First 2 weeks

  • If you withdraw within 2 weeks of the start date, the non-refundable deposit and first instalment payment (£500) will be forfeited.

  • Any remaining fees paid will be refunded within 30 business days.

  • You may re-enrol in the future at the full course fee.

After 2 weeks

  • No refunds will be offered.

  • All payments made to date will be forfeited.

  • You may re-enrol in the future at the full course fee.


Non-Payment

  • First instalment must be made 2 weeks prior to Day One of the cohort

  • Failure to complete first instalment payment 2 weeks prior to Day One will result in removal from the course.

  • The registration fee deposit is non refundable

  • Failure to complete second instalment will result in removal from the course.

  • All funds paid beforehand will be forfeited.

  • No transfer of fees to a future cohort or another person will be offered.

  • You can re-enrol in the future at the full fee.


Non-Completion

  • If you have paid in full but do not complete certification requirements within 12 months of your start date, your enrolment will expire.

  • You may continue accessing course materials online for personal development, but no certification will be issued and there will be no listing in the CCoRP directory.

  • After 12 months from the end of your cohort, to attain certification, you must re-enrol at the full course fee and complete all requirements.

By registering for the Certified Caregiver Resilience Practitioner™ (CCoRP™) program, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Registration & Payment Policy.

Certification is conditional upon signing the CCoRP™ Practitioner Agreement, which will be sent to you via DocuSign within 24hrs after registration.

 

This agreement covers professional standards, supervision requirements, copyright and licence terms.

Your place on the program is only confirmed once both:

  1. The non-refundable deposit has been received, and

  2. The signed Practitioner Agreement has been completed via DocuSign.
