CCoRP Caregiver Capacity Self Study Program™
Developing the person who cares, at their own pace
A licensed eight-week developmental program helping family carers, unpaid carers and professional caregivers build the mental, emotional and relational capacity required for sustainable care.
FOR NHS SERVICES, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, CARERS ORGANIZATION, CARE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYERS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
More than self care
CCoRP is not a collection of wellbeing tips.
It is a structured developmental pathway that helps participants:
respond more consciously under pressure
strengthen boundaries without losing compassion
approach complexity with greater clarity and perspective
recognise guilt, overwhelm and unhelpful patterns
preserve a sense of self within the caregiving role
build practices that support sustainable caregiving
We do not simply teach people how to care. We develop the person who cares.
Care systems depend upon caregiver capacity
Carers are frequently given information about conditions, services and practical responsibilities, yet far fewer receive structured support to develop the inner capacity required to sustain care over time.
Prolonged responsibility can affect emotional regulation, confidence, relationships, decision-making, physical wellbeing and the caregiver's sense of self.
CCoRP addresses this gap through a guided program that supports caregivers to move beyond short-term coping towards greater awareness, discernment and sustainable compassion.

Designed for real caregiving lives
The flexible eight-week program can support:
.
family and unpaid carers
.
carers of older people and people with deteriorating health
.
dementia carers
.
parent carers
.
carers supporting disability or complex needs
.
professional caregivers and care teams
.
employees combining work with unpaid care
Participants can engage around unpredictable responsibilities through self-study, supported learning or facilitated cohorts.
A measurable developmental program
The program includes a structured participant journey and the proprietary CCoRP Multidimensional Resilience Development Index ™, completed at key stages to help participants reflect on their development.
Commissioned delivery can provide organisations with anonymised insight into participation, completion, participant experience and agreed program outcomes.
The CCoRP-MRDI™ is a developmental reflection and evaluation tool, not a clinical or diagnostic assessment.

Flexible commissioning
Organisations can begin with a defined cohort or pilot and select an appropriate delivery model:
Digital Self Study Licences
Flexible access for individuals or dispersed carer populations.
Live cohort delivery
Guided teaching, case reflection and group practice.
Supported Self Study
Digital learning combined with facilitated reflection sessions.
Evaluated pilot
Program access, facilitated support, agreed outcome measures and an impact summary.
